The only downside to this audiobook in my opinion though was at the end of each chapter, the author would say to refer to the book for the chapter action items.
I was disappointed that such practical applications were not included in the audio. I purchased the audio book to get all the content, not all content except the action items. Nothing profound or really insightful here. By that metric this book is super weak. Baby steps, persistence, accountability, choices, the end. Why listen to this one?
